Teams experience multiple stages throughout a project lifecycle in order to reach optimal productivity 🔋.

As teams approach the end of the year, it is important to lock in best practices by reviewing past projects' performance, team capacity, and lessons learned, to plan for future 2023 projects!

Below are the different stages that high performing teams go through:
